FUN Chicago

I went to Chicago with all my cousins to the AmericanGirlPlace.Maddie.Faith.Lindsey.My sister Kara.and Eden.First we had too ride 2 hour train ride to Chicago then we took a small, loud bus.We got off the bus we walked to the American Girl place.I look at Samantha,SHE IS SO CUTE!(the one on the right) When we go upstairs we find the just like you dolls. Their was only one with pierced ears. I had trouble finding one that looked like me. Then I finally found one that looked like me, but sadly, they were out. This was not my day! Then my grandma said " If you want to buy a doll you can but if you would like you can put a doll on your list for things you want and you could get some accessories for your doll." Once we bought everything I wanted we went down to the cafe. And since it was me and Maddie's birthday we went inside the cafe they had cute little chairs for our dolls but if you didn't have one yet they would lend once to you. They had a really cute menu and little mugs for your dolls to drink from. We smashed grapes into the mugs to make grape juice. They sang Happy Birthday to me and my cousin we really liked it. Then we went to a live play and after the play I got all the autographs and I told them that it was me and my cousins birthday and they say a really nice version of Happy Birthday to us. On our way home we got out all of our dolls and toys and started sorting and playing with our toys the we bought. Everything but that was boring on the train. And in the end I had a really good nights sleep.

Come back later for more of Kalista's exciting stories!

What an exciting thing? I love seeing your pictures and hearing about what you are doing. I am so jealous of your grandma JoAnn, because of the fun things she is doing with her granddaughters! I hope I get to see you soon, maybe when the baby comes. I miss you and love you. Love Grandma
